hey guys its been a while since i have blogged but i have a couple of quick qeustion!!
if anyone nos the answers can the please tell me lol :))
1) how many journalist work at the herald sun??
2) what computer programs do the herald sun use??
ok.. this is for a media assignment i have to complete and i cant find these answers anywhere :'(
so anyways ive g2g but i hope you can answer them for me!! lol

    "I just grabbed a passing senior editor and he tells me that there are – across the Herald Sun and Sunday Herald Sun, and including reporters and production journalists like me – just over 200 journalists on staff. Many more part-timers.



    On the daily Monday to Saturday Herald Sun, maybe 30 news reporters, 25 or so sub editors, and similar totals in the Sports department. Quite a lot less in Features, which has recently been centralised in Sydney to service all our empire’s papers.

    Oh and we use Cyberpage System for news production….Artists use all the familiar graphics programmes with their Apple Macs etc


    Cyberpage is in use across most Murdoch papers Down Under. It won’t be a system your student knows…these production systems are exclusively manufactured for newspaper groups worldwide."
